Shared / Reseller Hosting Refund Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all Web Hosting plans with yearly billing cycle.
Conditions:
– Refund applies to first-time customers only.
– Excludes fees for:
– Domain registration
– Dedicated IPs
– Migration services
– Refunds processed within 31 days after your request.
– No refunds for accounts terminated due to TOS violations.
– No refund for new product if you already have an active service.
– Upgrades/downgrades are non-refundable.
– Gateway claims after 30 days will not be accepted.
VPS / RDP Refund Policy

Flexible refund policy for VPS and RDP services:
– You’ll get a refund for remaining months.
– Example: Buy 2 months, cancel after a few days → get refund for 1 month.
Wallet Credit Policy

– Wallet funds are non-refundable once added.
– Any refund added to wallet cannot be withdrawn.
Backup System Policy

At RemaxHost, we offer automatic daily and weekly backups.
Backup Schedule:
– Daily Backups
– Location: Remote
– Retain: 4 copies
– Weekly Backups
– Location: Local
– Retain: 2 copies
Note: Always keep your own backups. Check cPanel JetBackup regularly. We are not responsible for real-time data loss.
Site Restrictions & Acceptable Use Policy

– Do not use nulled/cracked themes or plugins. They contain malware. No support will be provided in such cases.
– Hosting will be suspended if such themes/plugins affect server health.
– No adult content allowed.
– Crypto-related content (including trading) is strictly prohibited.
Overdue Invoices

Invoices must be paid within 15 days. After that, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
