– Shared Hosting: If you are not satisfied with our shared hosting services, you are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. The refund applies only to the hosting service fee and does not include any setup fees or domain registration costs.

– VPS and Dedicated Servers: Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds on VPS or Dedicated Server plans. However, if you face any issues related to service quality, please reach out to our support team to resolve the matter.

– Domain Name Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a domain after purchasing it, no refund will be provided.

– Add-ons or Additional Services: Any add-ons or additional services (such as backups, SSL certificates, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
